Description
The Sickle Cell Control Kit contains human blood samples both A/S positive and A/A negative that have been centrifuged and freeze-dried. Once rehydrated, the blood may be used to validate a lot of Buffer and Powder in that the test yields accurate Sickle Cell results.
The following component are including in the Sickle Cell Control Kit:
- 2 x 0.5mL (Hb) A/S Positive
- 2 x 0.5mL (Hb) A/A Negative
- 2 x 1.2mL Diluent (deionized water)
- A directional insert
